I have just received a call and the caller hung up immediately when I answered. After a quick search, I saw that the call came from this company (Businesstalk AG). I think that such a call is billed as successful direct marketing in the form of a telephone call. So be careful!

I worked here for 7 years, and for me it was a good fit, most of the time, most of the projects. Is working in a call center something that anyone can do? Yes. You have to know German well, foreign languages were not necessary most of the time. Is the work suitable for everyone? No. You have to be "born" for sales and distribution. And a "thick skin" is also advisable.
