I placed an order with the company. After placing the order, I received no response for over two weeks—no order confirmation, no shipping or processing email, nothing. It was only after I contacted the company myself that I received a response about a week later. In it, I was informed that the item I had ordered was no longer available. However, I did not receive an automatic refund, nor was I informed that the item was no longer available. The company did not send me any notification. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and, unfortunately, unsatisfactory. This approach is non-transparent, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for customers. I cannot recommend this provider due to the poor communication and handling.

Subscription trap...I bought a voucher for a box, afterwards I had to pay 3 euros shipping and had to take out a subscription...the value of the goods is about 10 - 12 euros....can get cheaper anywhere....would advise everyone against the company and guaranteed not to order anything more.

So there's rarely anything "new" in the boxes anymore. I'm getting the impression more and more that they only send products with a short shelf life - I've been getting the box for a long time and it feels like Irish beer is in it every second time. As for the calendars, I have to say that after having the normal Advent calendar 2 years in a row and being disappointed (it contained flour or mayonnaise, for example), I have now bought the wellness calendar and was even more disappointed. Instead of cosmetics, I found soy sauce or breadcrumbs. Once I found a few hair clips for children. That was pure waste disposal. I reported my disappointment twice by email, but nobody seemed to be interested. Never received any feedback.

This company is hard to describe in terms of impudence. Do not use in any case. The products are neither new nor original. Most of the products in my box yesterday are about to expire, although in the normal supermarket shelf life for months. The highlight is the expired. Chocolate. An outrage. I can not recommend at all. Have tested three boxes and all a verarsche. There are enough alternative providers who really offer new products and not just empty air.

Cool box arrived late (not for the first time). So that everything was thawed. I was assured of a subsequent delivery to which I should agree, which I did. What happened? Exactly have not received any subsequent delivery so far. On further inquiry what is with the subsequent delivery comes no response. The box selection is really good, no question. But the Coolbox I would not order more. Customer service is rather poor.

The boxes are good. Sometimes the products are repeated in subsequent boxes. The customer service is very poor, after 5 mails I have not come a step further, because sometimes they also work with automated mails.
One box arrived damaged. Brandnooz immediately sent a new box - great service. Thanks a lot
