Due to time constraints, left the registration of my car in the morning to the cool ladies of the sign service and for a reasonable allowance picked up the plates with plaque in the afternoon! Thanks again

My wife tried to get our car re-registered there without success. Their online appointment at the registration office was a little too late for us because of the insurance, so we listened to a recommendation and turned to this company. Well, they are not cheap but we didn't care for the time being. A re-registration without new license plates should be. Called in advance on Friday, Monday afternoon with complete documents there with the expectation of a conversion on Tuesday. My wife mentioned several times that we do not need new license plates. This was probably not written down. On Tuesday then the call from the responsible colleague that the order was not executed, because he was not sure whether new license plates are needed. So after a new explanation, a new attempt on Thursday. Then on Friday again a call from them. Re-registration according to their statement not possible, because TÜV report is missing ... My wife went again, pick up everything. 18,50€ were then demanded despite not rendered service. (normal are probably about 50, - € without license plate plus fee from the office, but no one could tell her exactly before) Fortunately, the date was still at the registration office. Today, Tuesday WITHOUT TÜV report there. After 10 minutes everything was done. Conclusion, competence goes differently. One should nevertheless rather settle such authority courses than these any windy enterprises to leave! As is well known, you never stop learning ...

They just give the marking and car papers to someone else that do not belong to him and then the say that is not our problem
