I had a missing screw from my laptop that I was concerned was causing a fan to rub. Not only did he make a fix on the spot but did a deep dive to make sure all fans were working correctly, gave it a light clean and put it back together better than when it came in.

Boost IT have been excellent. We were migrating our dealership from one CRM to another with a hard cutover date, and Jae worked through a long list of Microsoft 365 changes for us, mail flow rules, admin consent, spam filtering, often turning things around the same day. Clear communication, no jargon, and he checked things properly rather than guessing. Highly recommend.
