Maybe a good store, but shipping via GLS doesn't work at all! Parcels are stuck somewhere in Germany for days. Why not just ship with DHL? That's how you lose customers. If my parcel should arrive at some point, I will return it because the shipping took far too long. I no longer want the goods.

While on vacation to germany, I went here and ordered a painting. However, what did I get? THE WRONG PAINTING, it wasn't the same size as the one I ordered! To top things off, it was damaged when it arrived...their customer service was the worst I have ever dealt with. The people didn't know what to do and I wasn't even able to refund or exchange my painting. I paid over 100€ to not even get what I wanted and ended up with one 10x uglier than what I wanted. Unacceptable! I will never do business with them again.

I got to know Boost Internet as an external consultant within the scope of a project. I worked intensively with one of the managing directors for several weeks. I was very impressed by his precise idea of how and in which direction he would like to develop the company. Communication was clear, good ideas were appreciated, and the feedback culture was generally very good. The working atmosphere was always very pleasant.
