Blck Alpaca led the complete rebranding of Ventureal to BLOCH3, an established Austrian renewable energy company operating wind parks, photovoltaic installations, and biogas facilities. Over 18 months, we took on both the creative and coordinating role across multiple agencies, internal stakeholders, and external partners, delivering a fully consistent brand identity across every touchpoint from digital to on-site signage.
Solution
We assumed a central role covering both creative direction and project coordination. This included developing the complete new brand world, logo, color system, typography, imagery, and tone of voice, and managing the rollout across all digital and physical touchpoints. We acted as the interface between design, production, and stakeholders throughout the entire process, ensuring quality and consistency at every stage. Additionally, we ran social media campaigns for the brand launch and supported political communication efforts during the municipal election period.
Results
The rebranding was delivered successfully across 50+ brand assets and 20+ harmonized touchpoints, spanning websites, print materials, and on-site signage at wind parks, PV installations, and biogas facilities. The public communication strategy contributed to winning citizen consultations for renewable energy projects, and the launch generated coverage across multiple regional PR outlets, establishing BLOCH3 as a credible pioneer of the energy transition from day one.
