I am quite impressed so far with the professionalism of the company, Billing Paradise. I started from scratch as of October 1st, going independent from a group that had destroyed my income, thus my livelihood. I told "Glen S." my contact and team leader at Billing Paradise, that I was in dire straits and needed aggressive action on his billers' parts. He delivered. Within 10 business days I received my first EFT's into my bank account which is proof of their aggressive follow up after billing the claims! My clinic did not sink. We are floating now thanks to Billing Paradise. I am grateful for their efforts on my behalf. They verify insurance eligibility and advise on balances due at least a day prior to the patients' visits, thus saving my front desk worker hours of time (something my previous company never did.) I am ecstatic that I took a risk on this company, and so far, they have not let me down. Thank you to Glen S. and Steve W. for making my clinic hum again.
