It was fine for a long time, but now the site is dead. You get kicked out of practically every poll all the time, mostly for reasons that aren't even valid. And I know what I'm talking about—I've been using it for many years. I'm done with this.

"Researchers" steal your data without paying way too often and the platform doesn't care. Not worth your time at all.

In case of an exclusion, no matter the reason, all answers given until that point are not saved, passed on to our clients or used in any way. Exclusions because you are not part of the target group or because the maximum number of participants has already been reached are a regular part of online market research, but should only happen within the first 2-3 minutes of a survey. I had set up a second account for my partner. I continued to use part of it after the separation. I didn't know that this was considered a violation. Now my credit balance of over 200 francs is not being transferred to me.

Been a member for years. Suddenly money is being withheld to force the upload of the ID card. I won't take this security risk for the few cents. I have canceled. Let's see if I get the remaining amount or have to sue for it.

I was a member for years and was actually very satisfied, but then my account was blocked due to inconsistent responses (without any specific reasons) and customer service ignored my requests. I can no longer redeem my earned points either.
