The news provides a broad, wide-ranging overview, but only on the surface. On YouTube, the comment section is always disabled. That prevents criticism, discussion, and the chance to share your opinion. That’s why I don’t watch WELT videos anymore.

An Unbelievable Customer Service Experience: A System Error Turns into Verbal Abuse “I received an unauthorized order confirmation due to a system error. When I tried to clarify this over the phone, the error was confirmed, but I was refused written confirmation of it. The conversation with customer service completely escalated on the employee’s part: I was yelled at over the phone, baseless accusations were made against me, and ultimately, the call was simply hung up. I have never before encountered such an unprofessional, aggressive, and customer-hostile handling of legitimate concerns. Mistakes can happen, but the way customers are treated here is absolutely unacceptable. Under these circumstances, I can only warn others against using this service. A formal complaint to management is already on its way.
