We wanted to take on a digital pioneering role in tire wholesale. To achieve this, it was important not only to use TikTok as a trend platform, but also to use it strategically for our brand reach. Our challenge was to develop content that entertains, generates reach and still reflects the professionalism of our brand.

The project began with a kick-off phase in which the agency analyzed our brand, target groups and B2B characteristics in the tire wholesale trade in detail. The strategic cornerstones were defined together in a workshop: Which product groups are the focus, how do we want to position ourselves on TikTok and which content is suitable for building reach. The agency then developed a modular concept along the TikTok ecosystem. Reifen Straub's brand awareness in the B2B segment was noticeably increased - both among existing customers and potential new customers. We recorded significantly more website traffic via TikTok, which also boosted our digital visibility and SEO performance. Individual creator campaigns went viral and achieved an exceptionally high reach with a low budget. We also noticed a positive side effect in terms of employer branding: young professionals increasingly became aware of us via TikTok. The next big challenge is now scaling: we don't just want to repeat these successes selectively, but systematically transfer them to other product groups, campaigns and, in the long term, to international markets.
