He advised me on an equal footing and also took the time to explain certain topics in more depth. After the consultation, all issues were solved 100%. AR Elektrotechnik Wendelstein installed a Balter HD video door intercom system for me with a fingerprint, RFID, and a smartphone app for a two-family house. Great products—high quality and easy to use. The camera delivers excellent footage, and the fingerprint works flawlessly! Unfortunately, I misplaced the screw covers for the door unit. The friendly customer service sent me the screws right away at no cost after I called them back. They also told me that if I had any problems, I could always reach out again. The service is absolutely top-notch—really, it doesn’t get any better.
