Top Service, a special thanks to Mr. Häckel I treated myself to a Balter video intercom and I’m genuinely very happy with it. The unit works great, but what really impressed me was the support. I had an issue, and thanks to Mr. Häckel’s help, we were able to sort it out. He was super friendly and highly competent—exactly how you want to be treated as a customer. AR Elektrotechnik Wendelstein installed a Balter HD video door intercom system for me with a fingerprint, RFID, and a smartphone app for a two-family house. Great products—high quality and easy to use. The camera delivers excellent footage, and the fingerprint works flawlessly! Unfortunately, I misplaced the screw covers for the door unit. The friendly customer service sent me the screws right away at no cost after I called them back. They also told me that if I had any problems, I could always reach out again. The service is absolutely top-notch—really, it doesn’t get any better.
