I am the founder of an e-commerce company and am responsible for the entire brand presence, website and digital marketing.

The aim was to establish an independent brand identity, develop a modern and technically stable website and create a uniform visual concept for all digital channels. The focus was on recognizability, performance and user-friendliness.

I knew the agency from previous projects during my time at a Dow Jones Group company and knew that they were reliable, creative and technically strong. This experience was decisive for the decision.

The exchange was close and structured, with regular jour fixe appointments. The team asked many specific questions in order to really understand the goals and brand identity. The empathetic and solution-oriented way of working was particularly positive.

Two people were involved on both sides. On our side the project management and marketing, on the agency side the creative management and technical implementation.

The corporate identity was significantly sharpened and professionalized. In addition, measurable KPIs were defined for the first time and a clean tracking system was technically implemented. The creative input from the team, which regularly thought outside the box and contributed new ideas, was particularly valuable.

All deadlines were met. The exchange was always close and constructive, feedback was quickly understood and implemented directly.

What was most impressive was the deep understanding of our brand, goals and vision. It felt as if the employees of Bär Tiger Wolf were part of our own team.

I can't think of anything off the top of my head. The collaboration was consistently professional, structured and pleasant on a personal level.
