Please do NOT work for this agency!!!! I have worked for Avantgarde at a few festivals and am still waiting for my salary of 700€ from the last event. In addition, the communication is a horror and at the events no consideration is given to the promoters if someone is not well, but everything always has to look "chic" for the client!!!! Please run !!!

DO NOT WORK HERE !!! I worked for Avantgarde Gesellschaft für Kommunikation in 2024 and unfortunately I can only strongly advise against it. The organization is extremely chaotic - communication runs simultaneously via WhatsApp, Here, mails and various tools, constantly with new contact persons. In the end, I even had two work email addresses that I could no longer access. Expenses and travel costs are only billed via an internal system that you can no longer access once the assignment is over. As a result, many people are left sitting on their expenses - in my case it's around €500, which has still not been paid out. I have now written three emails and have been completely ignored. You should know that there is a three-month deadline for claims in the contract - anyone who overlooks this will be left empty-handed. I know several colleagues who have had the same experience. Conclusion: very unprofessional, long waiting times for money and, in my opinion, a structurally exploitative system that I would clearly advise against.

Although I pointed this out several times, my tax class was entered incorrectly and my salary was transferred incorrectly.... pure disaster... Their communication with each other is also very poor... You have to chase after every request Things are promised on the phone that you can't remember later I would not recommend this agency at all!

Unprofessional team leaders and bosses. Many employees are not respected and not treated humanely. Unfortunately there is no real hierarchy in the company. I have to take other legal steps.

Despite numerous discussions and meetings, the quality of the service provided fell short of our expectations. We found a significant gap between what was promised and what was delivered, which was a major setback for us. Additionally, the competence of the individuals in charge was consistently underwhelming. They seemed ill-equipped to handle the specific challenges and requirements of our project, leading to a series of missteps and misunderstandings. In conclusion, our experience with this agency was a letdown. We were neither convinced by the quality of their work nor by the expertise of the responsible parties. For others considering this agency, I would recommend proceeding with caution and perhaps looking into other options that might better align with your expectations and needs.

I worked as a promoter for Avantgarde and the client "Meta" via the agency Inopos Sales Promoter Factory and have now been waiting for more than 8 weeks for the invoice to be paid. The blame is only ever passed on. With a client like Meta, you can also think about getting the press involved when promoters are cheated.

Although we don't think much of German agencies anyway, this funny bunch still managed to surprise us in a negative way. Very unprofessional communication and the typical agency water head.
