Case Study by Atta Systems
Description
The “e-Cuib” system was built together with the World Bank to support the National Authority for Child Rights Protection and Adoption (NACRP) in the process of deinstitutionalization of National Child Placement Centres.
Solution
The World Bank is an international financial institution, with over 100 staff, that provides loans to countries of the world for capital projects. When the process is finalised, the supervisors can create a comprehensive report (of over 500 pages) to directly apply for EU funding.
Results
During the first pilot there was a large amount of sensitive data collected: information about 43 centres and about 3500 children. For each person, an average of 1600 indicators were collected. In total in the platform there were collected more than 5 million data points. The centres continue to use the system to monitor and manage the centre’s closing process which takes over 3 yrs.
