Dubious. Invoice directly to ASMUS&HOCK (empfehlio) and not transferred to Klarna. E mail written. Answer empfehlio: no problem we cancel at Klarna, you do not have to worry about anything. Now I get a reminder from Klarna. E mails are not answered, calls you can totally forget is no one ran. Now again transferred to Klarna not to get more reminder costs.

ASMUS&HOCK has unfortunately already taken up too much of my time, so I'll keep it short: Negative: Promises are not kept Appointments are ignored Unreliable Unprofessional in many areas Unreachable by phone Deficiencies/bugs in the new website are not fixed. As an example, as soon as the website does an automatic update, images no longer load. So the new website can't do security updates without manual intervention. As a solution, automatic updates have now been disabled. This measure alone speaks for the quality policy of the company. Services from the offer are not performed but charged (conversion tracking is missing) Positive: Always friendly Until the order is placed, reliable, professional and competent appearance Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the company and would never place an order with ASMUS&HOCK again. If the work is done in a timely manner, I will delete this post.

I'm really sorry to see that a company has such good reviews and unfortunately I can't share them. I ordered an Instagram sticker in November, for my business. Didn't come, didn't come, at some point I contacted the company - they were always friendly and also replied 99% of the time, they try to send it again and again. I always thought to myself - "oh God so much shipping costs what they spend - why do they send even without a number-at just 7 € shipping should be schone a shipment number, but never mind. Then I asked for a tracking number, because it can not be possible that several attempts did not work. They have none, then came, the send by DPD - again no shipment number for me, so I can track it, because I wanted to have the sticker necessarily for my new opening, etc. I contacted them again after a few weeks and just asked them to please transfer the money back because I was getting another sticker- unfortunately not as big as the one they have Bzw I bought, but never mind. Until today no money back transferred get- nor a response to this email received. If at least the sticker would have arrived, I would have been happy but - NO. Today I wrote again, and now also right here, because I want to close with the topic. Too bad that it does not work!

So far I have only had small things implemented by Asmus&Hock. The websites are modern, clear and professionally designed. It is also fun to look at them, which is not a matter of course. If you have any questions, you always get a quick and competent answer. In the management area, too, the goals are pursued straightforwardly and with all consistency. I remain loyal to the company.
