Feedback on a website redesign project with Orkester.
The project was not completed despite payments already having been made. In addition, it appears that the company that invoiced the service is now in judicial liquidation.
This situation highlights a lack of clarity around the legal entities operating under the same brand, which can make it difficult for customers to know exactly who they are contracting with.
It is therefore recommended to carefully verify the legal entity, the company’s status, and the contractual terms before committing to anything.
This feedback is simply intended to provide transparency for future customers.

Smooth communication, quick responsiveness, and a welcome ability to simplify things: Appsolute was on the ball from start to finish, and the results we expected are there. The file was complex, but the team handled it brilliantly. I’d recommend them without hesitation for hosting—thank you!
