VIAGOGO: FRAUD AND A MAJOR SCAM How is it possible that a fraudulent platform that scams users is allowed to operate? In January, I bought two tickets on Viagogo for Manuel Carraso’s concert on August 23, 2025, for 200 euros. Later, I saw that on the singer’s website they were priced at 55 EUR each, so I bought two. I listed the Viagogo tickets for sale at the same price I’d paid—200 EUR. They notified me that they’d sold and that I’d receive payment eight days after the concert. I haven’t received the payment. I’ve chatted with them and sent all the information they asked for. I’ve wasted a lot of time. They told me they made the payment on August 29. I haven’t received anything, and they’re ignoring my complaints. They sell tickets at double the price and keep your money if you resell them later.
