abi group is a software and automation company based in Hamburg. We develop custom software and automate business processes—both using our own developers, without outsourcing to third parties. abi services develops custom software, cloud applications, and apps. ESG Web Tool and Website Relaunch for a Real Estate Investment Firm

Description
SICORE Real Assets, formerly HANSAINVEST Real Assets, is a Hamburg-based investment firm focused on real estate and infrastructure. It sets up special funds for institutional investors. Since the beginning of 2023, we’ve been working under a framework contract for IT services. Our two main focus areas are an ESG web tool and the relaunch of the company website, including its job portal.
Challenge
A specialist was needed for development who could deliver on short notice. The role required a fast, adaptable team and agile collaboration, since the project requirements shifted as the work progressed.
Solution
For the ESG web tool, we built an application to store, maintain, and process ESG data in the real estate industry—designed according to today’s security standards and for continuous operation without downtime. At the same time, we designed the architecture, functionality, and timeline for the new corporate website, and planned and carried out the implementation. The job portal was rebuilt based on the existing legacy platform. This is complemented by a maintenance and support contract with defined error categories, as well as fixed response and recovery times.
Results
According to the customer, the website now has more traction, more applications are coming in via the job portal, and they’ve also gained in reputation. Internally, there’s been a greater willingness to position themselves more broadly in the digital space. The customer hasn’t published any specific figures.
