As product owner of Tchibo, I had the pleasure of working with the team of 8reasons on our new Product Information Management (PIM) system. We collaborated full cycle including User Interviews & Tests, collecting & visualize Stakeholder Requirements, creating & challenging drafts, click dummies and final designs in Adobe XD & Figma. The team of 8reasons deep dived into our domain specific logic and came up with various solutions to our needs. Communication with them and results from them essentially contributed to the success of our product. I really enjoyed our project and I am already looking forward to work with 8reasons again in the future.

Together with 8reasons Digital, we have successfully driven the development of several internet presences. The agency has an above-average commitment and a top motivated team. The responsible project manager on the agency side was always there to help and advise us from the first brainstorming to the go-live. Also very positive were the training sessions for the introduction of a new content management system in the company, which was established as part of the relaunch. Due to the positive collaboration with 8reasons Digital, further design and digital projects are already lined up in the near future.
