I booked a time slot for a sales appointment (a Zoom call) on their site. The person I was supposed to meet, Stéphane, didn’t show up for the Zoom call. After that missed appointment, I didn’t receive any email from him—almost as if the call had never been scheduled in the first place. I did book directly through the Callabs website. This isn’t professional at all—you're wasting your prospects’ time. I’ll look elsewhere.
