Avoid at all costs. They made promises about how revolutionary their digitalisation accounting technology is. In reality you end up paying all sorts of hidden set up costs and transition fees to a third party accounting firm they outsource actual work to. Had they been more transparent about costs upfront we wouldn’t have moved our accounting to them. Moreover we never got a response or a clarification.

If you could give Zeitgold a negative number of stars I would do it here. As a company that operates in the food service industry, we started a promising switch of our accounting to Zeitgold in January 2020. We were satisfied with the product. Then after only six months, without justification and with absolutely outrageous communication, the product was discontinued, we were assigned to a tax consultant who was overpriced and unreliable. All investments in the product, both monetary and time-wise, were null and void and were not compensated by Zeitgold. This was absolutely incomprehensible for us, especially with the background that Zeitgold was provided with sufficient liquidity by investors in spring 2020 and we were always assured of future stability. In short: The change has cost us a lot of time and money and has turned out to be a fiasco whose correction will in turn consume a lot of resources. The employees are not to blame for this; we were satisfied with our working lives. I would like to say to the management and founders that the entire change could at least have taken place at the end of the year. If you were introduced to me, I would not shake your hand. You are responsible that just in this year innumerable of their customers are additionally extremely loaded and from your side neither understanding nor compensation for your unclean business practice receive. For the future I wish you not all the best but more empathy and morality for your undertakings.

We were with Zeitgold for 1 year. Then, like many, we were terminated with the reason that the cooperation with Pioneer was changed. Conclusion: A lot of effort and therefore costs to change the tax advisor, to change processes. For us as a small company a burden. We have returned to a local tax consultant. You can talk to him personally. Even without having to pay extra for every question. He also has a document scan. Now it turns out that bookings were not correct. Employees were not registered correctly. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether they want to take the risk that something will change again at some point and they will be left out in the cold.

Unfortunately, I was with Zeitgold and their partner Pioneer for over a year. This is now costing me dearly. The whole last year must be revised because only a little was booked correctly. I can only agree with the other comments. And as I see here I am not the only one who has been blinded by their advertising.

Unfortunately, I had many problems and high costs with the switch to Zeitgold. The mediated tax consultant by zeitgold has terminated after 3 months without performance and 600 euros fee. Through Zeitgold there was no support, quite the opposite. The cost of use almost tripled in the middle of the crisis. Many options (which were first promised) have simply been discontinued. (Ex: payroll, registration, management of new employees, controlling of suppliers etc.) There was no accommodation from Zeitgold. Unfortunately, I had lost a lot of time, money and nerves by switching to Zeitgold. The advertising had promised me the opposite. Too bad.
