I’ve been a loyal panel member for years, and so far the €50 Amazon gift cards have always worked without a hitch. At the very beginning, it took 10–14 days; now it takes just a few hours. I requested another gift card on March 11 and received a message saying I would receive it within a few hours. Six days have passed so far, and despite my email, I haven’t heard back from YouGov.

The website makes a serious impression at first glance. In addition, I read some positive testimonials from third-party sources and therefore decided to give the provider a chance. I donated the points I collected and, according to the information provided, a donation receipt was to be issued at the beginning of the year. Unfortunately, despite asking several times, I have not yet received a receipt - neither from YouGov nor from the organization to which the donation was made. Apart from an automated confirmation of receipt, there has been no response so far. The spam folder also remained empty. A few weeks have passed since then. I would have liked a quicker response, especially as this usually happens more quickly at many other companies - even in the public sector. I have therefore decided to stop participating for the time being and wait and see if anything else comes of it. Update: In the meantime, a YouGov employee has contacted me, apologized for the delay and offered me some form of compensation. The conversation was friendly and constructive.

FINGER WEG! The registration system with a code by e-mail alone works as it should. I no longer receive e-mails and no longer have access. I also thought when I started with surveys that I could earn some extra money, BUT NO! this survey portal is just an end in itself like all the others. And should a serious platform be found, the surveys are limited and sold out within minutes. DON'T DO IT, IT'S NO GOOD FOR YOU!

I've been on many panels, but I've never experienced anything like this, total scam!!! Finally reached the 25000 points, wanted to have the 50€ Euro as a transfer, but whether app or web, always the same error message that something went wrong. To top it all off, no support has been reported so far, despite angry messages from me, even to the study management, even to the mailbox of the management after a failed call. Now Amazon voucher and I'm done, but I'm done with them too!
