Great platform for rating tradespeople. I had an issue with a contractor, and I reviewed him here. What I liked was that they checked whether I was actually a customer of the company—those details make the difference for me. As a reader of reviews, I naturally want to know whether they’re genuine. And while some people complain that only positive reviews show up here, I can’t confirm that. I found the whole process very transparent. I’d want the same on other platforms, too.

Very, very aggressive cold calling... We've already been called and harassed four times

Am not a craftsman, but a customer who wanted to rate a company with which he had a bad experience. But had to realize that wirsindhandwerk is a pure propaganda platform: "the best way for you as a craftsman to show your best side on the Internet". Bad reviews are not published and no one finds out about them. Everyone has five points here. After all, it would be bad for wirsindhandwerk's business if it were otherwise.

Good advice, be very very careful with the reviews that are posted on the platform. Negative experiences are not welcome. Despite evidence was initially published reluctantly and removed after 3 days. To prove that there was contact between the craftsman was meticulously researched, to the request why the recession are no longer online comes no more news. Everything very very dubious

Basically, we take every incoming evaluation (or review) very seriously and have multi-stage verification procedures for this, including authenticity checks. In this respect, we are pleased to hear that "meticulous research" has been carried out. Of course, this may mean that reviews cannot be released immediately and/or there are follow-up inquiries.
