Unfortunately, we are not able to clearly identify the process/assessment in question based on your comments. Therefore, please feel free to write to us at info[at]wirsindhandwerk.de. Basically, we take every incoming evaluation (or review) very seriously and have multi-stage verification procedures for this, including authenticity checks. In this respect, we are pleased to hear that "meticulous research" has been carried out. Of course, this may mean that reviews cannot be released immediately and/or there are follow-up inquiries. You should also have received a processing number under which you can find out the status of your evaluation at any time. Basically, there are only two basic conditions for reviews on wirsindhandwerk.de: A craftsman's performance must be verifiable and if there is criticism, it must be formulated objectively.
