The app works really well, but unfortunately, the customer service does not. Their responses in direct customer interactions are unprofessional and come across as arrogant and disinterested.

It works perfectly on Numa Hotel In Munich. They have 6 washing machines and 6 Drying machines. Everything worked well. And the app advise when the machines ends. Perfect!

The washing machines haven't worked for months, and no one has come to fix them. Customer service is so rude! You just get automated messages that have nothing to do with your issue. It's a waste of money, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. One star is too many, since no one can do their laundry.

Depending on the operating model, either the property management or we are responsible for the machines. In the first case, we have no control over the machines. If we are responsible for the machines, we monitor them continuously to prevent potential issues. As soon as we detect a malfunction in the machine, we send a technician over as quickly as possible. Even one star is too much. Poor service, shoddy machines, overpriced, and nothing works. To this day, I still don’t understand the reason for the price hike. Inflation? From an already high price to an even higher one? There was no reason for it, except to line their pockets even further and rip people off thanks to their clear monopoly. Shame on you.

really bad customer service/ replacement service. Since several months, two of the washing machines in our building are broken without being fixed. Now two other ones broke. That means that the whole building has to use ONE washing machine. It’s insane. However, they only reply with an automated/ short message and say, that “they will work on the issue soon”. Can’t recommend

Damage caused by WeWash dryer, no reimbursement despite correct use On February 4, 2026, I used a WeWash machine in Frankfurt (Altenhoferallee 30). My black designer sweater was damaged in the dryer during the delicate/fine wash cycle (sleeves torn). The machine was used correctly: correct program, no additives, lint filter cleaned, and laundry prepared correctly. The damage occurred immediately after the cycle. I submitted the completed form and photos of the damage. Despite complete documentation, a refund was denied. I am very disappointed with how the complaint was handled and would have liked a fair and customer-oriented solution. In view of the very high prices, I consider the service to be inadequate. I cannot recommend working with them.

We carefully review every reported incident based on the information provided, the program settings, and the machine's technical logs. In your case, we also took into account your information about the material of the garment. According to the manufacturer's instructions, textiles—especially delicate or synthetic fibers—should often not be tumble dried, as these materials can be sensitive to heat. Based on all the information available to us, we could not find any technical defect or malfunction in the dryer that could have caused the damage described. For this reason, we had to decline the refund. We understand that this is not what you had in mind. Nevertheless, we hope you understand. €3.50 were deducted from my card for the use of the washing machine W2 in the "In den Straußwiesen 6 Fulda". The machine never worked even though I pressed the started button multiple times. Once I booked it, I could see the LED lights on, however, it never started, so I first got rid of the loading time and I was notified through the app about the charge because "I never started the machine" (supposedly my fault). The handyman told me that in order for me to get my clothes washed I had to book one again and obviously to pay another €3.50, and that I needed to contact We wash to get a refund. I had heard that this specific machine at this place had this problem, I thought it had already been fixed, nevertheless, it still hasn't been repaired, moreover, it keeps charging all of us for a service that wasn't provided. I not only wasted money, but time!. I'm upset because it feels like a scam for having something physically that doesn't work. Not only the broken washing machine is in poor condition, but also the other one and the dryer. It seems that nobody has ever given maintenance to the appliances... all of them are covered by wet detergent and corporal hairs, simply disgusting!. I just contacted Customer Service, I'll be waiting for my refund.

Waste of time and money. The amount of disappointments I have experienced using this service is quite indescribable with polite words. You don't feel the frustration. Machines don't work as intended. Dryer doesn't dry clothes and washer full of technical malfunction. I am trying to hold my words so all I can say is God bless you and I hope you strive to do better.
