We commissioned the digital agency von der See to create a Google Adwords and a Facebook campaign. Furthermore, SEO optimizations were to be carried out. Google Adwords was initially executed, the rest unfortunately not. After a few phone calls, unfortunately, the support was over. The agreed weekly reports were unfortunately not created and also not delivered. After research in retrospect, we must unfortunately also note that some reviews here on Google are created by their own employees or subcontractors, so unfortunately not credible. Dear Mr. Bayer, we have explained the reasons for the procedures and the error that occurred in detail in writing and the responsible colleague in person - we stand by this error, have apologized several times and have asked for the opportunity to correct it. In addition, only services that had been provided, agreed upon and approved were invoiced after prior notification. Nothing was charged that had not been defined. To speak of "a lot of money and hot air" in retrospect is borderline, to say the least. Despite several requests, you did not want to give us the opportunity to correct an error, although it would have been easy to reissue and submit the misdirected reportings. Why we were not given this opportunity is beyond us. It is even more difficult for us to doubt the reviews of others. For the most part, these are customers, some of whom have been with us for many years. In addition, you can find reviews of (former) employees or service providers at numerous companies, a whole industry deals with employee reviews and this is also absolutely normal at Google. The friendly company that you refer to here as a "subcontractor" used our services for its foundation, among other things for corporate design, and then evaluated this performance. To cast doubt on the credibility of our customers and all reviews borders on character assassination. It is their right to be dissatisfied with a service and to terminate the cooperation. However, to make statements that do not do justice to the matter at hand hits us pretty hard. We would have thought that things could be done decently even when there are problems.
