Either overwhelmed with everything or simply highly unprofessional, I mean: - Telephone contact in vain, if it comes to it they are quickly dispatched because one is either overwhelmed or unprofessional. - Mail contact gets NO reaction (possibly because of overstrain or lack of professionalism) and if on the phone is referred to mails, the circle starts all over again Really rarely had contact with a real company that ended so terribly. From enthusiasm to complete disappointment - probably only the Viewpoint in Hamburg manages that.

Underground and completely overwhelmed!!! Do not come at all with the order volume behind and do not answer hours or even days although one is already in a market research. So you have already been selected! If you then ask, you get unprofessional, presumptuous and snippy answers that you should not put you under pressure. Disaster!!!
