Bad experience with overpriced service and poor customer care Unfortunately, my experience with Vertical IT-Service has been very disappointing. Apart from the fact that the prices are high compared to other providers, the customer service is simply inadequate. Every request, no matter how small, is billed directly. At the beginning of this year, I had a technical problem for which I contacted support. Of course, I was charged directly for the 10-minute phone call, but the problem was not resolved. Instead of making more expensive phone calls, I tried to resolve the issue on my own. For comparison: I have a second website with another web host and the same problem was solved quickly, competently and, above all, free of charge. Now that I have received mail regarding a price increase, I have finally decided to transfer my second website to this other web host. Here, customer service is still a way of life, whereas at Vertical IT-Service I had the impression that the main aim was to generate additional costs. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this provider.

starting with the HR lady up to the various areas everything is a bit shabby... the location of the "office" also fits in with this.

Sending SPAM emails with bogus companies. The GF has lots of strange companies and new ones are being set up all the time. What Koglin and Martin are doing really doesn't look trustworthy.
