You contacted us today as part of a sales outreach, and we told you we weren’t interested. Please understand that we receive an enormous number of sales inquiries every day, which affects our productivity. On our side, we don’t have a dedicated phone line—our employees answer the calls.

We apologize if we hung up, but when we clearly express that we’re not interested, it’s just as unpleasant for us to have someone from a call center insist, as you did.

We will report this to Moncallcenter.ma, in Morocco (the company where you work), and request that they train their employees to use a more respectful sales approach—especially not to penalize businesses that refuse phone outreach by leaving a negative review on their Google profile.
