TVH Consulting is the wholly owned subsidiary of TVH SA, a company incorporated in Luxembourg. The group was built around this setup so it could grow into an international organization. Rather than operating as a typical corporate subsidiary, TVH Consulting is structured like a leading audit consultancy, with partners and employee shareholders united by the same goals and principles. Those principles are set out in a charter that each person must fully accept before joining. TVH SA’s medium-term goal is to establish itself as a major international force in software development and information systems implementation. To support that ambition, TVH Consulting was launched with a demanding and forward-looking organization from day one, giving every employee who shows management or creative talent the chance to become a full partner and take an active role in shaping the group’s strategy. Becoming a partner depends on more than just seniority. It also requires consistently strong results over time, including customer satisfaction, leadership ability, creativity, and dedication. Pay may also fluctuate according to company performance, while a substantial share of bonuses is reinvested together with a significant initial capital contribution. New partners are admitted only with the approval of 90% of the Partners’ College and must fully comply with the Charter of Founding Partners. Over the short and medium term, TVH SA expects to pursue acquisitions that fit squarely within the group’s strategic direction.
