Before signing the contract, I had been extensively advised—I even drove to the company’s headquarters and explained in detail what I needed and what was important for my business. Everything was promised to me, and once everything was signed and I wanted to use the system, one important device turned out to be incompatible, and I wasn’t offered a sufficient solution. I asked for the contract to be unwound, since the exact features that were previously discussed and required don’t work for us. Locafox’s response was basically, “tough luck,” and that I can cancel the contract but will still be left paying all the costs. They could have simply taken the hardware back and refunded the price—that would have been the decent thing to do. It wasn’t used for even a second; everything was still in its original packaging. No response for ages—nothing, not even to my postal inquiry. Thanks for nothing.
