They work with closed-source code, which means that whenever you need to add a new extension, you have to go through them, and it costs a fortune. I was disappointed because they’re very expensive and don’t meet their deadlines. Given this negative experience, I would hire developers who work with open-source platforms like WooCommerce, PrestaShop, or Magento.
