I have been a Berendsohn customer for many years and have always had a reliable working relationship with them—which makes my current experience all the more disappointing and frustrating. After placing an order for more than €2,000, I was referred to a collection agency immediately following the first reminder. The invoice arrived right in the middle of the holiday season, so an immediate bank transfer wasn’t possible. Without a second reminder or any reasonable explanation, the case was immediately handed over to collections. For a long-standing customer, this approach is completely disproportionate and anything but customer-friendly. Even more outrageous, however, was the handling of the situation afterward: Instead of apologizing for the excessive action or fully crediting the incurred reminder and collection fees, Berendsohn was only willing to cover half of the collection costs. A genuine solution or a gesture of goodwill toward a long-standing customer looked different. I also informed Berendsohn in writing that I do not wish to be contacted further and no longer want to receive correspondence as a customer. Trust has been completely lost due to this behavior. This is no way to treat loyal customers. Customer service, goodwill, and fairness definitely look different!!!!!!!

For over 20 years I have been purchasing articles from Berendsohn to promote my small physio practice. Most of them are small, almost personal gifts for my customers. Mrs. Schadewald has been advising me faithfully for 20 years now and is attuned to my tastes. I rarely look forward to representatives who offer me something. It's different with Mrs. Schadewald. She never gives me the feeling that I have to order something. Over the years, her offers have always been of high quality, tasteful and also ecologically justifiable. The implementation of the logo placement is quick and easy and is always offered in the correction process. Many of my customers enjoy the presents, often already asking in the summer what kind of surprise will come for Christmas. All in all, Berendsohn helps me to present my practice well. They save me a lot of time! All in all, a partner I am happy to recommend!

CAUTION - Do not get involved with the company and do not believe their verbal statements. Have everything confirmed in writing beforehand and also have the designs drawn up before you sign anything with them. Because if you have ordered something based on their verbal statements and you receive a design that you don't like, you still have to accept the goods - otherwise you will be taken to court. Without getting the goods (as all the designs were out of the question for us), we had to pay about half the price for them after a court settlement and had about the same amount in legal fees.

Poor communication with client. Overpriced for poor performance. Virtually invisible. Promised performance far below target. Not recommended.
