Unfortunately not serious. I took a survey and from then on it was no longer possible to log in and there was no support either. Only chatbots that always had the same answers. It is outrageous and I will inform the provider for whom I completed the survey. It won't be remembered fondly and unfortunately also damages the companies being assessed!

Waste of time and rip off. Have been delivering good money to them for 10 years with my opinions and survey participation. Then my account was hacked. Data was grabbed and I was in a lot of trouble. Toluna stoically denied there was a bug on their end. But as a thank you for the trouble and the lost money, my account was deleted under flimsy reasons, of course with the earned credit. They owe me that to this day. If they claim that the "response quality was insufficient", please be alert, maybe even the account was hacked because of the lack of security precautions. Perhaps you have also made critical comments, seen through the scam and they want to get rid of you. There will be no valid reasons. That is the business model. If you like a lot of work for pennies and you get cheated, this is the right place for you. To all others, I recommend Meinungsstudie, GFK, Ipsos, etc. FINGER AWAY from TOLUNA!!!!

Who registers here is himself to blame. 100 surveys made, always shortly before the end comes "We're sorry" blabla... So that they don't have to pay anything for it and can work with the data they got "for free"...
