I visited today intending to browse and buy several items, but the way I was watched and followed by a sales assistant who even made a point of checking the shelves I’d just been looking at, left me feeling like I was under suspicion from the moment I walked in, and made me feel really uncomfortable. I’ve supported this business over many years online and also spent a considerable amount here, but won’t be returning. I hope this feedback encourages the store to reflect on how they interact with their customers

Bought the linen headboard from Thread Design and came to wash the removable cover to find that the staples on the headboard had rusted and ruined the cover. Approached the store to get the issue resolved (offered a reasonable compromise) but apparently in their view it must be ‘our fault and have a really damp house’ well we don’t, but it has been extremely humid over the last year, it’s Auckland and clearly the product is not designed for purpose. Had been a loyal customer for many years.
