I visited today intending to browse and buy several items, but the way I was watched and followed by a sales assistant who even made a point of checking the shelves I’d just been looking at, left me feeling like I was under suspicion from the moment I walked in, and made me feel really uncomfortable. I’ve supported this business over many years online and also spent a considerable amount here, but won’t be returning. I hope this feedback encourages the store to reflect on how they interact with their customers
