The video quality was good, and some of the sales education was helpful, but my overall experience was disappointing due to issues with communication, transparency, lead ownership, and accountability. One concern was that their company logo was placed on videos I paid for to promote my business. When I asked for the logo to be removed, I was told I should have been paying at least $10,000 per month if I wanted videos without their branding. I also experienced serious lead-related issues. At one point, another company’s calendar link was attached to my ad, which meant leads I paid to generate were routed elsewhere. I asked for clarification on how many leads were affected and for how long, but my question was never answered. When my contract ended, I also had to ask for access to the leads generated for my business. Those leads were in their GoHighLevel system, and I was not able to extract them. Months later, when I again asked about the lost leads and access issue, I was told I should have gone through my Instagram and compiled my own list. After paying thousands of dollars for marketing and lead generation? Every marketing agency I've spoken with has been in utter disbelief at his actions and response. My experience was that feedback and questions were not handled professionally. Instead of accountability, there was defensiveness. Good video quality does not replace proper lead management, clear reporting, client access, and professionalism. My advice to other business owners is to get everything in writing before signing, especially who owns the leads, who controls the ad accounts, who has CRM access, whether the agency logo will be placed on paid content, and what happens when the contract ends. I learned an expensive lesson. I appreciated some parts of the service, but I would not recommend this company without major improvements in transparency, communication, lead ownership, and accountability.
