Excellent onboarding and a highly efficient platform architecture We recently had our onboarding call with Ms. König, and she was simply great. She shared valuable insights into how we can get the most out of the platform and use it effectively for our strategic needs. Her approach is extremely customer-focused and results-driven. The platform itself is impressively intuitive and easy to use. A real highlight is the ability to contact companies directly—an open communication channel that’s often blocked or frowned upon on other platforms. In addition, the active monitoring for fraud and price wars helps create a safe, industry-appropriate marketplace. The platform’s clear commitment to a “Europe for Europe” approach—restricting access to European companies—also provides important security for the regional supply chain. All in all, registering was absolutely worth it. Highly recommended.
Techpilot has been a very useful platform for us to develop new business opportunities across Europe, especially in the German-speaking market. We particularly value the direct access to relevant RFQs, the transparency regarding quotation positioning, and the professional support from the Key Account Management team. There is still room for improvement regarding RFQ completeness and buyer feedback after RFQ closure, but overall our experience with Techpilot has been very positive and we see strong potential for future cooperation through the platform.

For suppliers, it’s a platform that’s well thought out and opens the door to a wide range of potential customers. You can present your company directly, or reach people via search engines as well. Using the website is mostly self-explanatory. Customers can get in touch directly. It would be desirable to delete inquiries that don’t fit, since they keep showing up and are rather disruptive. Also, some customers’ feedback is rather limited, even when there’s only one provider. Service: Praise for Ms. König—open items are handled promptly.

We used the Techpilot as a supplier for the first time and we are very satisfied. Surprisingly intensive contact with the support even for the small problems. Our support guy was amazing. New RFQs for injection molding are open on every 3-4 days. Also, it enables you direct contact with the companies for which we didn't even know before with direct names, phones and email addresses of the responsible buyers in the company. We had a lot of personal meetings in Germany and Austria based on the contact from Techpilot. Very useful tool.
