It’s been a while, but I haven’t forgotten it for sure. This company is a textbook scam, and in my opinion it’s absolutely not recommended. My mother wanted to apply there after a retraining program, as a career changer. At that point, it goes without saying, she still had very little practical experience—but she was invited to the interview anyway. After the grilling by this so-called “great company,” she came home completely distraught, crying. Honestly: I know you. I’ve dealt with your would-be “pros” myself. If I had known in advance how you treat people there, I would’ve told her to stay away right away. Maybe the economic situation will soon make team23 disappear into oblivion too.

I cannot make any statement about the company as a service provider. Not to be recommended as an employer, not very employee-oriented, which is also reflected in the high attrition rate. Sparkscon as an event is good for networking.
