I love high-quality devices and I’m willing to pay good money for them. That’s exactly what I had expected here—but unfortunately, my hopes were dashed. About 2.5 years ago, I ordered a green fountain pen, mainly for signing documents, but also for everyday use. Unfortunately, the ink supply keeps cutting out again and again (even though the ink tanks are full), so I can’t write cleanly. For the price they charge, I expect a pen that actually works. I’m really annoyed that I fell for the marketing. I wouldn’t recommend this product. Nice design, but it doesn’t perform well.

The package, which was intended as a Christmas gift, contained the wrong item. After returning it, there was no response and no refund. Repeated inquiries about the status of the return via email also went unanswered. The company cannot be reached by phone. We will definitely not be placing any more orders here.

Terrible experience. Ordered a pen and it took them a month to send it, and I still haven't received it after a 2 month wait on delivery. They refused to give a refund until the watch arrived.

I bought a Stielform pen and was initially very impressed by the quality and design. The writing feel is pleasant and the material looks high quality. Unfortunately, however, my copy had a defect. As I wanted to make a complaint about the pen, I tried to contact the company - unfortunately without success. The returns portal did not work either, so it was not possible to return it. This is very disappointing, as the customer service for a high-quality product should be just as impressive as the product itself. Conclusion: The pen itself is good, but the lack of support and the difficulty of returning it make me hesitate to buy from Stielform again.
