I’m super happy with my Stilform Flow. The pen writes really clearly and smoothly compared to “normal” ballpoint pens, and it feels perfect in my hand. Shipping was super fast, too.

I love high-quality devices and I’m willing to pay good money for them. That’s exactly what I had expected here—but unfortunately, my hopes were dashed. About 2.5 years ago, I ordered a green fountain pen, mainly for signing documents, but also for everyday use. Unfortunately, the ink supply keeps cutting out again and again (even though the ink tanks are full), so I can’t write cleanly. For the price they charge, I expect a pen that actually works. I’m really annoyed that I fell for the marketing. I wouldn’t recommend this product. Nice design, but it doesn’t perform well.

The package, which was intended as a Christmas gift, contained the wrong item. After returning it, there was no response and no refund. Repeated inquiries about the status of the return via email also went unanswered. The company cannot be reached by phone. We will definitely not be placing any more orders here.

I am very satisfied with the product, shipping and customer support. 💯 At first I was a little unsure because I needed the pen quickly as a gift and some reviews here complained that shipping could take up to months and that support was unavailable. I don't want to deny anyone's experience, but I had a completely different experience myself. Support responded to my question within a few hours and my package arrived on my doorstep two days after ordering. Personally, I also find the pen super comfortable to hold and visually appealing. (If you think the refill is "greasy", you can always put in a refill from another manufacturer). It remains to be seen how my recipient will cope with it in the long term. I think he will also be satisfied and will be able to use it a lot for his doctor's work. This won't be my last order.

Terrible experience. Ordered a pen and it took them a month to send it, and I still haven't received it after a 2 month wait on delivery. They refused to give a refund until the watch arrived.

I have two Stilform pens at home and I'm really happy with them. In general, the pens are nice to hold, also because they are a bit heavier, which I personally like.
