My experience with this agency was unfortunately very negative. The process seemed disorganized, and the communication felt unreliable. What’s especially concerning is that I’ve been waiting for my outstanding payment for the past five months. Despite multiple follow-ups, no satisfactory solution has been found so far. Based on my personal experience, I unfortunately can’t recommend them.

I have to say that I got to know and had to get to know many agencies. However, I have had by far the best experience with Stein. They pay on time and more than fairly. They are super reliable in every respect and if you have any concerns, they are dealt with quickly. I would work for Stein again and again and accept jobs as far as they fit into my schedule. High praise from Frankfurt am Main.

Unprofessional and incompetent - hands off! My experience with the Stein Agency was an absolute disaster. Despite invoicing on time, agreed payments were not made. Instead, weeks of delaying tactics, unclear communication and embarrassing excuses followed. After the payment was long overdue, there was a sudden demand for an additional invoice - an obvious attempt to further shirk responsibility. Anyone who values reliability, professionalism and fair business relationships should urgently look for a more reputable alternative. I can only advise everyone to take legal precautions when dealing with this company. Never again!

I have never worked for this agency but I am trapped in this database for the rest of my life. Spam follows by SMS or e-mail. Deactivating the account doesn't help either. In the meantime, I have also reported the spam text messages to the Federal Network Agency. None of this helps. Data protection is probably not very important here. This has been an issue for years...
