My son was supposed to take part in a survey or study and receive a €50 Amazon voucher in return. He never received this voucher. We have already written emails to Splendid Research but have received no reply. It's a shame that young people are treated like this. Edit: It's December and there has been no response to another email from us, nor has my son received the voucher...although it was promised before the study and even here as a comment!

I have been participating in surveys for several years, but have not been able to withdraw rewards for quite some time.

You can buy your way in here, "representative" surveys are insufficiently controlled. The employees of the companies that are asked to take part in the survey are encouraged to vote themselves.

I have been a Mymarktforschung and Mobrog survey participant for 6 years. Last week I complained about a panel service that always cancels its surveys shortly before the end with error messages. Instead of investigating this panel operator, I was suddenly accused on 14.08.2023, after 6 years, of being registered twice with Mymarktforschung and my account was blocked. For over a week now, I have not received a response from support to restore my account, even though I do not have a second account there. I have only had the same account for 6 years and have asked to delete another one if someone has registered with my name. Calls to the phone number in Hamburg are simply hung up. I was about to call in my lawyers and stop this behavior with an injunction. I will also take legal action for the credit that was blocked, even if it is only €1 and Spelendet Research has to pay the court and legal costs. Edit. The company Splendid Research tried to remove this review via Google on 31.01.2024 via a Hamburg law firm, claiming that there is no real person behind this review. Google checked the allegation after my evidence of contact with customer support and refused to remove the review. This review therefore corresponds to the facts. The compensation paid to the survey participants is also incorrect. Splendid Research GmbH advertises a remuneration of between €0.44 and €3.00. However, a survey on 10.02.2024 was remunerated with €0.06, on 13.02.2024 with €0.19, on 20.02.2024 with €0.08 and €0.23 and on 21.02.2024 with €0.06. The survey participants are being remunerated incorrectly, whether consciously or unconsciously. Unfortunately, Google has not allowed screenshots of the remuneration. As long as this remains the case, I recommend staying away from this portal.
