We are based out of Los Angeles and were skeptical about outsourcing, but it turns out we couldn't have made a better choice! I spoke to this company once to set up a very simple recording that was 2 hours long. The person who responded quoted me 6x the price of most companies we have ever worked with (we have done about 100 of these recordings). I asked for a breakdown of their fees and gave her our average project cost. They responded "Hahahaa this is the price of our dop. Please this is Aatalonia, no Africa." 1) I'm not sure what that even means. 2) It was very rude. Extremely rude customer service, I would not work with them.

Dear Karina, you're the first costumer in 10 years that looks sad to contact us. We do tons of productions services and work with international clients and all are really happy to work with us as you can see in our portfolio & linkedin. We always try to make the best quality product with a great price but we can't do your shooting of 2 - 3 hours with good camera + rent studio + lights + Director + DOP (director of photography) + Producer + gaffer + Microphone + encoding videos.. etc... for just $300 dollars. Sorry for the misunderstanding but we thought you were joking and we responded with a joke ; ) Keep smiling ; )
