Not recommended!!! Unfortunately, Sago is extremely unreliable, stalling you with flimsy statements just so that no payment has to be made for studies. Even though the amount involved is considerably less than 100 euros, I have now consulted a lawyer on principle, who will obtain a payment order from the local court in the next few days. In the end, Sago will have to bear all the costs - they could have done it cheaper - but waiting 4.5 months for the money he promised is clearly too long! I just hope that Sago is not insolvent in the meantime (but I wouldn't be surprised with the way they work!) Too bad - but I can only advise everyone, even those who read the other comments here: STAY AWAY FROM SAGO

SCHMIEDEL, SCHLESINGER is history! SAGO? Miserable.... They are always looking for participants for their market research... Payment morale is catastrophic, the incentive is only paid after 6-8 weeks. No longer recommended....

I always fill in the pre-surveys that come by email right up to the end and then I'm always told the quota is full..... (that's how you get data for free) :-(

I have been waiting for my expense allowance since May 2. I wrote an e-mail with the reply that the study ended on May 23 and that I should now wait another four weeks. You can't be serious, can you? Now I'm waiting eight weeks until I get my allowance. What has happened to Sago? Nobody can be reached by phone and now I have to chase after my money. Since Sago... Worst case! Nobody can be reached by phone, emails disappear into nirvana. Just received surveys - offers cannot be answered because "Bad Request" appears in the browser or the quota is already full. The buttons in the survey slip from yes to no and vice versa when you click on "Next" ...thus no longer a target group...and so on^^^^^. What has become of Schmiedl? Sago = Waist Time!

Unfortunately, the market research company Sago can no longer be recommended at all. You have to wait in vain for the payout. In my experience, it is only taken care of when you contact them by e-mail. Unfortunately, it is also very disorganized. I wanted to pick up a test kit for market research and had to wait almost 2 hours for it, only to be told that it wouldn't work today. I was then unable to carry out the market research the following day and the time I had taken off work was wasted. I was promised compensation, but unfortunately I have still not received it. I would not want to take part in another study here. The only praise goes to the nice and friendly staff at reception!

Definitely NOT recommended! You should be warned much more against taking part in a study here! You only have trouble and problems. It is sad to see what has become of the reliable and professional Schmidl market research. Since the switch to Sago, you just get annoyed. You wait weeks to months for payouts and if you want to ask about the current status, you have to search forever for a contact person and then rarely/never get an answer. There are much more competent institutions in Munich.
