We have had consistently good experiences with SNS. They have been managing our entire company IT landscape for almost two years now, after winning the tender, and we have no complaints—everything is running very smoothly. We highly recommend them.

I am dissatisfied, we were advertised that we would receive fast processing of our problems with a service contract for a monthly fee. We pay for 8h response time and have already been told by Mr. Tornau in a personal conversation that according to the contract this is exactly what it refers to "response time" means only response time and that the contract is already fulfilled by receiving an automatic email reply that my problem report has arrived. As in the current case, now for the third time, the report has been submitted and nothing happens apart from the report arriving by email or, if something has happened, we are not informed about it. What I do notice, however, is that my problem has persisted for days.

Dear Mr. Arnold, We would have welcomed it if you had sought direct dialog with us, as we believe this would have been more effective. As far as we are aware, there has been no escalation on your part so far - neither with the service desk, nor with its management, nor with the Head of Service, the COO or the management. Your assessment contains statements that are not correct. We do not want to simply let this stand and ask you to reconsider whether you want to leave untrue statements in the public domain. Our agreed response time refers to qualified processing by a technician. A fixed resolution time has not been agreed between us, as you are aware. These regulations apply exclusively to incidents and not - as in this case - to service requests. Our technicians work hard every day to ensure that your IT systems run smoothly, even if we occasionally have to solve problems that are beyond our direct control. Nevertheless, we take very seriously the fact that the customer experience is not as it should be. Of course we make mistakes and of course we can always improve. There is absolutely no question about that! By the way: With our portal service (which you unfortunately don't use) you would have insight into the processing status of your tickets at any time. Perhaps that would be a good next step? We are still open to a discussion - preferably direct, honest and solution-oriented. PS: Greetings from Mr. Tornau, by the way, who is not particularly surprised that you are reacting so impulsively again. However, publicly making untrue claims is new.

Our company was about to change the service provider for the support of our IT software and hardware. In order to gain a first impression of Saxonia Network System GmbH, we ordered a telephone system. As part of the sales process, we were assured both verbally and in writing that the telephone system would be delivered and installed, including full commissioning. The delivery of the telephone system and the associated equipment was flawless. The hardware was in top condition and the system was successfully installed on our server. Unfortunately, the positive impression ended there. Although we were assured of complete commissioning, the telephones were only partially activated and the stations were not put into operation as agreed. It is particularly disappointing that we were asked to pay extra for the rework despite the clear deficiencies in the implementation and our complaint. The service originally promised was only provided incompletely and the installation errors were not rectified. Our previous IT service provider ultimately had to step in to rectify the errors and bugs that occurred during commissioning. In view of these experiences, we cannot continue to work with Saxonia Network System GmbH. It is extremely regrettable how customers are treated here. If this were the standard in my own company, I would hardly be able to survive on the market. All in all, a disappointing experience that shows us that the promises made in the sales process do not match the actual implementation.

After checking the documents, our service management has a different view. Nevertheless, we apologize that you are dissatisfied. However, we are surprised that the problems could not be resolved despite the close relationship between your account manager, who has recently left the company, and the managing director.

We would be interested to know why? How did we upset them so much?
