However, I’d like to clarify a few points to provide an objective perspective for anyone reading this review: • From the start, we agreed on an ongoing collaboration with an “Hour Pack,” and we set an initial scope of 5 hours of work. • Despite having a waiting list, I began work as soon as I received the content (Monday, February 10) and delivered the presentation the following Monday (February 17), including the finished interior pages and five cover options. • The initial “brief” called for between 2 and 4 pages. To develop a high-quality design, it’s essential to have clear text, appropriate images, and a well-defined direction. • As for aesthetics, I understand that everyone has different tastes. However, professional design follows specific criteria that go beyond what a Canva template can offer. • “Churning out brochures by the dozen” isn’t my style. What is my style is creating exclusive, effective, and timeless designs. Fortunately, my 30 years of experience and the satisfaction of 99% of my clients attest to the quality of my work. This can be verified in the reviews here on Google, where most of those who have worked with me highlight my professionalism, commitment, and approachable manner. Our expectations didn’t align, but sometimes these things happen. Best regards.
