I registered for a test and then went to Sam Studio. I was suddenly not allowed to take part because I wasn't on the printed list. More precisely: Apparently, my registration was not confirmed, although my fiancée and I can attest to the confirmation in the app. Unfortunately, the email confirmation was missing. I was then able to show a registration on the app, but it still needed to be confirmed. When I then tried to confirm the registration in the app in front of the employee (an option was displayed for this), a technical error occurred. I was then not allowed to take part and went home without any compensation. My suggestion: 1. if there turns out to be a technical error in the app, then let the tester register at short notice or compensate the person for the journey there and back. 2. if a registration has not been confirmed, a reminder email should follow to point out the incomplete registration process.

Two years ago I used to go for taste tests. Now I don't get any more tests. Maybe it's because I'm 68 years old. It's a pity that older people are excluded.

It's very difficult to reach in public and the pay is really not good. It's chaos every time, some of the staff are really unfriendly and don't know their way around and then grumble at the test subjects. It's not possible!

No matter which test I want to register for, I am constantly rejected...unless it's a test for chocolate. That really annoys me 😡😡😡 and I'm thinking about deleting my account with Test Sam. Because if I'm not allowed to take part in any tests, then there's no point for me.
