Today there was another Salure customer afternoon, and I was there! Ben van der Burg’s session on The Future of Work was really great—thought-provoking and fun to listen to. After that, we had an AI break-out session on using AI within HR and Payroll, which was very enlightening. Of course, there was also time planned to chat a bit more afterward, well taken care of with a snack and a drink. AND I got another fun little gift to take home. 🤩 You can really tell they put real thought into it and take it seriously, with a clear focus on the customer. In Q4 2025, we chose to implement AFAS with the goal of bringing as many departments as possible into one system and making it as easy as possible for employees to work. We started using AFAS in early 2026. The implementation and guidance from AFAS went very smoothly. Customer service is knowledgeable, easy to reach, and actively thinks along with us. The system itself takes a little getting used to at first, but through daily use it becomes clearer and more logical. We already notice that AFAS provides a lot of structure and overview and helps enable a more efficient way of working. We look forward to making even more use of AFAS throughout the organization.
