You can immediately tell the ingredients are fresh and that everything is homemade, which is getting rare these days. Served hot, fresh out of the oven and prepared in front of the customers—it’s a real treat. The place is spotless, very clean, with a warm welcome and a smiling team. Special mention, too, for the employees’ look: their plaid shirts and berets—an attention to detail that adds character and a real sense of identity instead of just blending in. Honestly, to offer such a great homemade sandwich for just €6.50 is remarkable. At that price, you sometimes only get a plain, basic sandwich from a bakery.
