We’re a 360° fulfillment and e-commerce service provider with 30 years of experience and more than 600 employees. We were looking for an agency to modernize our website and produce videos for the accounting section. From concept through implementation, feedback, and success tracking, Rock & Stars supported us closely at every step—and the collaboration was excellent. We can’t share results just yet. However, our traffic has increased significantly (more than doubled), and our visibility in AI has improved noticeably. Plus, we’re now reaching exactly the right prospects.

We’re a 360° fulfillment and e-commerce service provider with 30 years of experience and more than 600 employees. We were looking for an agency to modernize our website and produce videos for the accounting department. Rock & Stars supported us closely from concept to execution, including feedback and success tracking—and the collaboration was excellent. I always felt I was receiving top-notch advice and truly understood, and the results really impressed us. I can recommend the agency without hesitation. :-)
Challenge
Modernizing and creating videos for products that need explanation. We wanted to be seen more clearly and reach more customers.
Solution
We were quickly on the same wavelength, and the references really spoke highly of this agency. We always talked on equal footing, and Rock&Stars always kept things in mind and came up with great ideas.
A workshop and tightly scheduled sessions to bounce ideas back and forth—and to implement small ideas right away. A team of experts for each area. We always felt understood, and we developed great ideas together. Never the feeling of being talked down to.
5–10 people were involved. It wasn’t constant, but there was always a dedicated point of contact throughout the entire project who was kept fully informed.
Results
We can’t share results at the moment. However, our traffic has increased significantly (more than doubled), and our visibility in AI has improved noticeably. Plus, we’re now reaching exactly the right audience.
Ja, the deadline was only delayed by us. The feedback was implemented quickly and exactly as requested. It went great.
