Working with Ryan and the team has been a really positive experience. From the initial website build through to ongoing support, they've always been approachable, responsive and happy to explain things in a way that's easy to understand. As someone who isn't particularly technical, it's reassuring to know I can pick up the phone or send an email and get honest advice and a quick response. We're regularly looking at ways to improve the website rather than just leaving it once it's launched, and those conversations have helped us continue to develop the site and improve the customer experience. One thing I've particularly valued is our monthly review meetings. They're never just about the website, Ryan brings ideas for marketing, talks through the data and performance, and gives me practical suggestions that we can actually implement. Since moving to Riweb, I've had full trust in the reliability of our website and, especially, our various contact forms which, previously, would frequently stop working. Often without us knowing. We invest in paid advertising and so our enquiry forms are critical. If they don't work, not only do we lose a potential client and create a frustrating user experience for them but we also waste our advertising spend. Knowing that Riweb proactively test our forms are working properly, and delivering form submissions to the correct inbox, gives me huge peace of mind. In 2019, Number 22 Community Counselling Services had a poor website with lots of texts and no functionality for our clients. RI Web developed a new site for us from scratch, using some existing wording and a lot of new content. Our brief was a bit loose and RI Web coped with that really well. We saw the potential benefit of trying to get our clients to sign up for counselling online; we had been taking all referrals over the phone. Ryan worked with our database provider to sync the two systems so that the referrals came into the website and then flowed into our database; this has transformed our way of working and saved us a lot of administration cost in the last 6 years. We have recently bought a new database so Ryan’s team has worked on that transition with us also. RI Web also helped with search optimisation for our counselling courses which are advertised on our website and applicants sign up through the website, again with their data flowing through to us. Search optimisation is working well. We make amendments to the site occasionally and we’ve worked out what we can handle internally and what we need help with. We were given the passwords so we can make our own changes where we can. When RI Web have to make changes on our behalf, we are charged a fair rate. Their response to our queries and the work carried out is always done quickly and accurately. Thinking back over the last 6 years, I can’t think of any issues that we’ve had with RI Web, I really do think that the service they have provided to us has been really very good.
