Even one star is too many. Their outrageous “customer service” completely ruins what is otherwise a decent system. I’m canceling my contract and switching to a reputable provider.

I give one star because service is not good.i paid for the website and it's more then two months I have not received my website domain.i called many times always they have excuses.i need my money back.i will not recommend.

I gave it 3 stars back then based on my emotions. Now I've corrected that. System failures happen everywhere. We've had problems twice in 6 years. If you rely 100% on a program like this, you're stuck on Saturday evening when nothing works. But the failure rate is perfectly acceptable.

What an absolutely useless piece of garbage software! Anyone considering using Resmio should think twice. A notice period of one month is given online - but in reality you are forced into an annual contract that you can hardly get out of. We have sold our restaurant and are therefore no longer a contractual partner. Nevertheless, Resmio continues to harass us with demands. The team is not only pushy and completely incompetent, but also violates German law. To top it all off, we were called at a completely different company and an unsuspecting employee was threatened with debt collection proceedings - even though she has nothing whatsoever to do with the contract! This is not only dubious and illegal, but simply outrageous. My advice: Hands off Resmio! Rip-off, incompetence and legally highly questionable behavior - that's all there is to it

At the same time, we firmly reject the serious allegations made against our sales, customer service and accounting departments. In principle, annual contracts are concluded with our customers for the use of our reservation system. However, we also grant a monthly right of termination for an additional charge. We provide clear and transparent information about this on our website (keyword: minimum term), the general terms and conditions, the service description and in personal discussions. You did not notify us of the sale of your restaurant and the claims continued in the meantime. We proactively tried to contact you to clarify the matter but were unsuccessful. It goes without saying that we do not threaten employees with debt collection proceedings ourselves - we have already clarified the matter with you elsewhere in discussions and in numerous emails and have only received threats in response. EDIT: 2025 We are still with resmio. almost 10 years now and all in all I am still happy. We've had our lows, we've had our highs - but all in all, the system works and does what it's supposed to... and usually very well. 😇EDIT: 2023/2024 The system went down in the middle of the Christmas season. Guests were standing in front of the door with reservations "confirmed by us" without the reservations being displayed anywhere... without us still having seats available. When asked, we were told that the error had been "passed on to IT and rectified" - unfortunately a lie. For the Christmas holidays, guests were able to make reservations in the fully booked restaurant without us seeing it! An absolute no-go! Guests who arrive at Christmas with their family and a "confirmed reservation" but without a table will never come back. 🤬 Unfortunately, it was also not possible to speak to someone in charge.

I rate this as a restaurant guest. Positive: It's quite quick and uncomplicated. Negative: I have to give my email address AND telephone number. Also: I make a reservation request for 7pm, for example, and only THEN am I told that I'm booking a time slot from 7pm to 9pm, so I only have 2 hours available. If I want to stay for a glass or two of wine with friends after the pizza, I have to call and ask if that's possible.
